Leap Year 2008

Today is 29th Feb , end of the month...a leap year! I ended Feb with a shitty feeling as yesterday and today i had bad days. There are times i wonder y are ppl wif a degree or diploma can be STUPID!

The past few days were bz days for me at work n home. I tink my shitty feeling has got to do with mood swing as well....:)

I also managed to upload pics taken back in 2005 during my BINTAN trip and also my BANGKOK trip. I have been urging hubby to bring me to BKK again...i LOVE shopping in BKK.

Anways noting much to add, will blog in again during the weekend.....

sale sale ...a lazy wkend

Wow..everywhere i turn my head in Raffles Place there are sales gog on! Be it clothes or shoes....freaky!
Got myself a nice white floral top from one of the shops at Arcade......its dirt cheap n usually the shops have good bargain for nice clothes and pants, anything ranging fr $15-$25.....cool ha.

Today is saturday......we are not gog out as Mika is having this Diagnostic Assesment nxt week and he needs to do some revision. The syllables nowadays are so freaking difficult, i myself have trouble understanding.
I cook some dishes for the family today. Feel accomplished as hubby loves my "ketam masak lemak".

Tmr i will be visiting my aunty who lives few blocks away fr me as we juz found out that she is not feeling well. My other aunts n my mum will be gog over to give her our support in her time of need. I really hope she will be ok.

I am currently planning a picnic for the whole Abdullah family which will be on the 12th March 2008 @ East Coast Park. Hoping this time the picnic will be a better one than last year. Last year all of us had a great time playing games.

Another week has gone by so fast.....last week i got additional "belated" birthday pressie from my colleague , Karen , she gave me a necklace , my fav sista Ozythepretty (she knows who she is) gave me Taka voucher ...yahoo thanks so much sayang, u knw what i like huh! Muaks....my bro in law n his fiancee n my father in law gave me a pair of ADIDAS mary jane in gold color (adding another pair of shoe to my collection)..thanks everyone , i appreciate your gifts



I started to learn to drive .....hihihi...wow cant believe i could drive, finally. My instructor was an uncle in his 60s , he was very encouraging. After i took on the wheels , i started to drive from Fernvale to Sengkang, then to Punggol ...n guess what i drove all the way back to my mum place in Yishun! I was thrilled but scared at the same time. Happy that i mustered all the courage to drive. Hoping i could pass at first try ...good luck to ME!


Got myself a new Sony Ericsson W910i...in havana gold. Im so freaking happy! My fren call the the LV hp bcoz of the color.


My cousin , Ita gave birth to her 2nd baby boy yesterday 18th Feb...named Firas Rifqi (hope i spelt it correctly)..i took some pics using my new hp *wink2 . Aliyah was thrilled as she managed to carry lil Firas.

Yesterday was my 32nd birthday....a year older n prettier ! wahahahaha

Actuali its juz another day as after i hit 25 years old bday seems to be another day in the calendar.

My fav gals : Rodzita, Hafeena, Siti n Mas added another bag to my present collection as a bday gift.

My mum, my 2 dearest sisters n aunties (cik ipah, cik keok, cik esek) n fav uncle (cik aim) gave me Taka vouchers (as requested by me !) Thanks all....thanks so much for the gifts n wishes..

Hubby gave me a stalk of rose ( tats good enuf ) hehehehe...(price of roses is high due to VD) , we had a small celebration attended by the good ppl of Yishun ...mum cooks laksa n beef steak (yeah tks i dont eat red meat). Hubby bought a bday cake fr Sweet Secret...yum2

Today had chappati for lunch at this North Indian Restaurant at Raffles with my boss n one of the Cluster Mgr.

Nothing fantastic as its a working lunch..had to discuss work wif my boss.

Good news : Mika has fully recover and eating well...alhamdulillah.

A long break in Feb

Its been awhile since i blogged in. We had a long break this week due to CNY. Didnt plan anything as hubby has to work n Mika wasnt feeling well, his fever was on and off for abt a week. Brought him to KKH earlier today as im worried, blood test was done and nothing conclusive, no dengue. Doctor told me to watch him for next 3 days if his fever persists, he has to be admitted for further test. Poor baby! He lost weight and he is already thin as it is. I hope he will get well soon. He is on 3 days MC.

Yesterday, me n my mum n few of my aunties n cousins went to Carousel for Hi-Tea to celebrate advance birthday gathering for me n my Aunty , Cik Keok ( her real name is Fausiah).hehhehehe...our birthdays are a day apart, hers on 11th Feb while mine 12th Feb. Had great time yesterday. See the pics.

Tomorrow is Monday! Aarghhhh......oh no work week again! N 2 more days to my birthday ! Oh my god....

I need to plan for a gathering during the March holidays ...maybe a BBQ nite as requested by my aunty.

Fantastic February

Wow a great start to Feb....I pass my Final Theory after a 2nd try. Not too bad huh. Im so freaking happy!
Rite now im bz looking for the right instructor. Hopefully i will have the confidence to drive well... I told hubby if i pass n if our finances are stable , i want us to buy a SUV.....hehehehe...my wishlist
